After executing search warrants at two Iqaluit residences, the RCMP seized an unspecified quantity of drugs, prohibited weapons and cash on May 12.
Two individuals were subsequently charged, according to a police news release issued on June 6.
Jamesie Nauyuk, 41, is faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine), unsafe storage of a firearm and possession of a prohibited weapon.
Roger Kilabuk, 35, is charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
Both accused are scheduled to appear in court on July 17 in Iqaluit.
