Cloudy water, or high turbidity, is causing the Department of Health to encourage Iglulik residents to boil water for consumption for at least one full minute.
This would include activities such as drinking, brushing teeth, preparing infant formulas, preparing juices and ice cubes, washing fruits and vegetables and cooking.
It was the third boil water advisory issued in Nunavut on Monday, with the first being in Resolute Bay and the second in Whale Cove.
