The Pond Inlet RCMP arrested Mosa Qanguq without incident during the early morning hours on Wednesday.
He was sought on an outstanding warrant.
Qanguq has a bail hearing set for Wednesday afternoon.
The RCMP offered thanks to residents of Pond Inlet for their assistance, after reaching out for help from community members with this matter on Feb. 25.
