Lindsey Qanguq has been square dancing since the age of four and continues to love it, especially while squaring off with dance partner Sapaattiaq Gamie Oqallak.
Qanguq stressed that square dancing is a "big deal" for her.
For 2020, Qanguq is looking forward to a square dance competition in Rankin Inlet. Although the details of the competition are unknown at this time, she hopes to form a team.
She is welcoming anyone who is under 20 years of age to reach out to her. Ideally she is seeking nine girls and nine boys.
