Olayuk Akesuk re-elected QIA vice-president, but recount of votes needed to confirm

Olayuk Akesuk was re-elected as vice-president of the Qikiqtani Inuit Association on Monday, but the vote totals were so close that a mandatory recount will be needed to verify his victory.
